How To Apply
Choosing to study at AfriSay VTC is a valuable step for your life and career, but it’s also a financial investment. Our goal is to help you make the best choices for your future and understand the resources that can make your TVET education a reality.
There are 6 steps in the online application process:

Please click on the link below to submit your application:

Once you have clicked on the link, proceed to scroll down to select the AfriSay VTC institution.

Once you have selected the AfriSay VTC institution proceed to fill in your personal details as per below:
Your email address
Your ID Number
And select which country you are going to be studying from
Proceed to select the “okay” button. This will allow our system to keep your details for any future follow up during your studies.

Please proceed to fill in all personal details to keep on record should we need to reach out to you to give an update of your admission.
Once all your your personal details has been submitted, a further process of the application will be required on your choice of study.

Once you have submitted all your details, and further information on your selection of study, your submission is complete.
Please note that the admission office will be in contact with you once all your documents has been reviewed and application fee of N$200.00 has been made.

At this stage please wait for one of our admissions administrators get in contact with you for an update on your status

Payments: Application Fee | Step 1
Once you have submitted your online application, you will be provided a link to pay your application fee of N$ 200.00, please use your Name and Surname as reference.

Once you have submitted your online application, please note that there is a waiting period for one of the Admissions advisor’s to contact you to let you know the status of your application. Please note if you have been accepted to AfriSay VTC, the Admission’s adviser will send you a formal email and link to make payment for the registration fee.

Application fee
Once you have submitted your application and received your acknowledgment email with your applicant details, you must pay an application fee - link will be provided on the online application process.
AfriSay VTC students are exempt from paying the application fee. Details of this fee and how to pay can be found on the Payment Plan & Financing page here.
Supporting documents
If you completed some or all of your courses at another institution, you will need to provide your transcript. AfriSay VTC transcripts are not required.
The deadline for providing documents is outlined in the online application. Academic records must be submitted as certified, paper* copies.

Some students have work and life experiences that should be considered when applying as a student.
